Contacted Grubbs and they responded immediately! Very courteous and professional! Did not end up trading with Grubbs, but they were very positive and gracious.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they lied about having the car I wanted to look at up to arriving at the dealership where they told me it was deemed unsuitable and sent to auction. They then had my fiancé and I look at a Volkswagen only to ask for a co-signer when I was told I wouldn’t need one. They also told me the Nissan Murano I had inquired about was $17,000 when online it stated $12,994. If you’d like to be given the run around, come here. No one seemed to know what was going on there even though I had talked to several people days leading up to arrival. I ended up leaving with nothing and getting a car from a different place the following day.

Very unorganized! Don’t know their own inventory! Sold a car I went to look at and then they called the next day asking if I was still interested in it.

[Zero Stars] Won't recommend if you are buying online. The communication is pretty slow and not consistent. Random additional accessories fees ~$3-4k got added which I didn't ask for and they won't answer why it was added. Only partial information is shared. Their website and some of their representatives say they deliver out of state, but they don't. They say they can help, but they can't. You need to interact with multiple representatives daily, and their numbers aren't consistent with each other. Not a good experience. This Jeff person is not at all helpful. We have been having conversations through email, and all of a sudden now he blames it on me not to have received his calls. It's taking them more than a week now for them to share basic information. Even extended warranty details are tough to get. Won't ever recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately this dealership pulled a bait and switch on us. We found what we thought was the perfect car and called to confirm that it was on site and available. When we arrived we were told that the car had “just sold” but that they could get us into a new car for a similar price. We walked out. The dealership called the next day and said they’d made a mistake and the car we wanted was available after all.
