Initial communication with dealership was fine. They sent me a video walk around and we agreed on a price. I took an Uber from Oklahoma City and when I arrived, the condition of the vehicle was nowhere what was described… multiple scratches all over the vehicle, dings missing paint and a plastic piece on the grill was broken. The dealer offered me an additional $500 off when it would have cost more than $2000 in paint corrections. I left without purchasing. The salesman said that the day he took the video and did the walk around, it was cloudy and couldn’t see the blemishes.

From start to finish, the staff at Freeman were kind, quick, and helpful. I purchased this vehicle without ever setting foot at the dealership first. They established good communication and trust immediately. Great job team!

Hayden was outstanding—very responsive, sent a recent video of the exact vehicle, and clearly explained the Ford certification process and the extra checks they performed beyond Carfax to ensure the car was well maintained. I originally planned to pick up the vehicle, but Hayden arranged delivery to my home, which made the whole process even easier. Joe in finance was equally helpful and worked hard to get me a great contract and an extended warranty at the price I wanted. Helpful salesman, Shehab, and used car director, Patrick, were instrumental in making a thoughtful deal. Give and take on both ends made this an interesting exchange but all were professional. A little too much time spent at dealer and some pushing warranties in finance but all turned out well in the end. Enjoying my CPO Rogue so far and looking forward to some complimentary maintenance the next 2 years.

If you have never bought a car from this dealership I highly recommend you find a car in their inventory and give them a shot. This was one of my top 3 best car buying experiences and I’ve bought 20-30 cars in my lifetime.
