Jeep dealerships near me (Santa Monica, CA)

What an absolute nightmare in trying to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Started off great with Cynthia, reached a deal, then she literally vanished. I called the dealership for 3 hours, only to have my call transfered to a non working voicemail. I emailed Mr Schwartz, the general manager thats listed on Cargurus when there are negative feedback left, no response. Then a salesman finally called me back to inform me the never had the vehicle in stock recently, but it was listed on Car Guru, I watched it for over a week and a price drop happened the night before I called. Very unprofessional and certainly not a customer first dealership in any way. I filed a BBB complaint for what I experienced.

After specifically stating I’m strictly looking for a black rav4 I’ve been suggested the white ones and have been asked “why black?”. I like the color and if Im spending money I would want the dealer to help with finding the right car for me not just trying to get the cars out

If I could rate less I would. They have very poor communication. I would rather not do business with them. I made an appointment to see a vehicle that was available. I went to see the vehicle and they tell me it's been sold. I rushed home from Nevada to make the appointment!
