The team at Audi Santa Monica were great! Communicative, friendly and not overly pushy. Also we’re flexible with pricing, which I appreciated.

They were very difficult to making a deal and they did not get to the price that I want to get, but I bought the car from a different dealership and they could give me the price I was looking for with the exact same MSRP

Val and Johnny were the most helpful dealers and they were very attentive to my needs. I am still contemplating my options before I make my final purchase but I just wanted to let anybody who is looking for a car that this is the place to go if you want to find transparency, accuracy and welcoming service.

They wanted me to make an appointment, and when I got there, and when they asked, I told them I am not buying this week, or for a few weeks, they wouldn't let me drive the car !!!! I wasted time, and made an appointment for this ???!!!! Not to mention, their asking price was almost as much as a new one. I won't go to that dealership again !!!

This dealership never worked with any military or the military banks like Navy Federal. Besides not being military accommodating rather than friendly, I was very interested in the vehicle they had. Sales person was okay but I felt nothing about the price was transparent. I never once saw the manager who was giving them price and the conversation I had with the sales person felt as a scenario base rather than the actual out the door price for the vehicle. After halfway signing the paperwork I stopped to confirm the price I was told and was told to come back the next day. The manager said he never agreed to the price I was told, but again I never seen this manager once. I felt I wasted a lot of time this dealership is 50 minutes away and I gave up. I wouldn’t buy here or recommend to anyone.
