Made an appointment to test drive the car, drove 50 minutes, discovered we had been double-booked with the consultant so we waited in a cubicle for 20 minutes, only to discover that the car was nowhere to be found and we wouldn’t be able to test drive it.

The vehicle was clean and ready for test drive. More effort could have been made to eliminate the strong odor of smoke. Communication at times was both inaccurate and unnecessary, but no more than I would expect. I felt that I got a fair deal after pretty extensive effort on my part.

I want to say that I did not buy the truck, so all of my communication has been via email with Jessica Justice. From the very beginning, she's been very helpful in her prompt response. I wanted to get some pictures or videos of the underside, but the truck was at another dealer for some basic repair. She kept me updated and informed on status, and one day, she just went to the other dealer and took a nice video for me, highlighting all the issues very clearly. Again, even though I decided it wasn't the truck for me, but the service from Jessica was a superstar of 5 for sure. I do hope the manager sees this review and recognize her positive attitude in sales.
