I presented to them my preapproval through my Credit Union. I test drove it and wanted it but because I would not go through their aggressive practices of approval the car was sold 30 minutes before I gave them my credit letter. I was crushed they tried to sell A more expensive vehicle. So I declined to utilize their services.

Went there to look at this Tahoe it's a real nice car talk to a guy name luke he was a cool dude wasn't pushy or nothing although I didn't end up leave with this Tahoe I left with a 2011 camero. I would recommend this lot used lot to anybody thanks.

We did end up buying the vehicle we went to go see. The only issue was the manager took the vehicle to another dealership after we sales twice during the day to make sure it was still there before we showed up. Deb the saleswoman was great and personable. Vehicle was priced right, but I wish there was some flexibility in their no price negation tactic.

Everyone at the dealership was super kind and helpful. The one thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that some of the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the cars they had on the lot. In some instances, I felt like I knew more about which cars they had than they did. Overall, great experience!

I'm very impressed with this dealership. I saw that the vehicle had accidents on the carfax and requested the full report. Wendy contacted me right away and sent the full carfax report. I decided after reading the report that I wasn't interested in the vehicle. There is such a level of honesty and transparency where the customer's satisfaction is obviously a priority. They could have given me a run around to try and get me to not see the report but she provided it right away then followed up. I hope to buy my next car from them.

Vehicle is advertised as an SLT with leather, it is clearly an SLE as Car Fax shows with VIN number, dealers insists it has SLT options, sunroof is it, all else is just SLE, Dealer is using 3rd party sales as well as their own which has made communication very difficult and discouraging. Dealer unwilling to negotiate price even though they are using the SLT price, as an individual and SLE it is only KBB valued at 7700 once I drive it off lot.

We apologize for any confusion.  The software that we use to upload our inventory erroneously decoded the VIN & though we manually changed the trim back daily to SLE when the software updated each night it did so with the error that changed it back to SLT.  They did remedy the situation eventually & the Yukon did sell.  We are sorry we missed out on the opportunity to do business with you.

I've been buying cars for over 30 years and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Everyone I came in contact with went out of their way to make it a pleasant transaction. They even stayed open almost 3 hours after their closing time to accommodate me because I had come from out of town. It was well worth the 2 hour drive and I look forward to doing business again in the future .

Got a barrage of emails. The person kept on mentioning someone else named Garret who was to look into the car which I was interested in and similar ones. When I mentioned that I was talking to other dealerships, the salesperson stopped email correspondence.

We actually did purchase this car and most of the transaction was handled by phone since we were traveling from out of state. We flew into Cleveland and they were waiting to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived, they had the car washed and gassed up for a test drive. The paperwork was waiting for us and we were completely done and out the door in less than 2 hours. I will definitely shop with them again!

I bought Honda Civic 2013 October 8. We pick up car and inside a car was dirty floor, dash board was filthy. gentleman, who was taking care of us was very pleasant man , I'm sure it wasn't his fault filthy car..

The dealer has made numerous attempts to contact me. The generic manner of introduction led me to believe he was promoting his dealership not knowing what in his inventory I was interested in. I have left my phone number for him to call me but I do not believe they talked to me directly. I have gotten so many calls from dealers about their Mustang convertibles from this site I do not know what dealer is representing what car. My wife wants this one so I will further my efforts at closing a deal.

I am changing my experience rating based on the current situation. Overall the performance was poor because I waited for a title for over 6 weeks and I was the one to contact them. They did not contact me but was quick to say it was rare that this happens. In my opinion I feel they have internal system issues that would allow this to happen again.

Dealer responded quickly to my request, I travelled 120 mi to see the car and it was in great condition. No pressure from seller since selling price was non-negotiable (not mentioned up front). Dealer (Andy) was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous for being a young guy in college. Car buying experience was pleasurable. Thanks Ron Marhoffer Hyundai/Cuyahoga Falls!!!

My experience with Ron Marhofer, was without a doubt the best of all my car buying. experiences. I saw the vehicle online, and sent an email. Very quick response, very up front and friendly. I was able to go there and talk with one of the best salesman I've every had! Darryl was not only congenial, but knowledgeable and down to earth. He and all the others concerned were able to get me into the vehicle, and on my way home in a couple of hours, and with a better loan rate than I could have imagined. I can only say good things about my experience with Ron Marhofer in Cuyahoga falls. I was treated like family, not just "another sale"..

This was the first dealership that spoke to me on the phone like I was a person. Charles was my 'sales person.' He didn't push me with a bunch of sales tactics. He simply answered all the questions I had, treated me fairly like a human, and I bought the vehicle from them. Each person I dealt with on each level of the buying process was courteous and professional. I never felt pressured or like I was being coerced into something I wasn't sure about. They made sure that I was educated about everything from the vehicle, financing, trade in, and even benefits they provide after the sale. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a vehicle but rather that they were actually helping me make a buying decision that would best fit me. Would highly recommend this dealership!

I offered lower price, they wouldn't budge even one dollar. I would have bought car that night if they had dropped as little as $100. Next day dealership dropped price $150 on website. I bought exact same car, same mileage, same condition $300 lower two days later at another dealership. I would go back to this dealer again, but I would be prepared to negotiate hard on the price. Be prepared to walk out.

I was fooled out of driving 160 miles to the dealership and back home and the car I wanted wasn't even there. They tried to talk me into buying stuff I never even wanted. I am highly upset with the service and they would not let either of my parents test drive the car because we didn't have insurance.

Had an appointment to see a car and although they did contact me to let me know they had a deal working since someone else came in to see the car before I got there I decided to make the hour drive to which the gentleman that I talked to had a meeting with someone else... There was no give and and take just the price on the sticker is what you pay and I am they really stripped down what my trade was worth.....oh well what can you expect

Exceptional service. Two years in a row, we've been in to look at vehicles (used) that in the end, we didn't purchase for one reason or another, but not because of the salesmen. These guys are considerate, not pushy, polite, and just all-around nice people to deal with. Would have gotten a car if only the right one/right price had been available! This is a good business to deal with.
