Hyundai dealerships near me (Elmwood Park, IL)

3rd dealership for the day..My wife and I traveled over 2 hrs to see the selection of used Hyundai Santa Fe..We found one that fit the bill..Great customer service and we left feeling good about the deal..see MATT for all your needs !

I was in contact with several dealerships in the past few weeks and Patrick Hyundai was by far the best and easiest to deal with. Naeem was excellent, a true consultant who was transparent from the start and didn't try to force a bunch of add ons or bogus fees. I ended up purchasing a used car from them, even though they were 5 hours away, because the deal was worth it. The car was pristine, Naeem and the finance manager Josh were great to work with, and I was in and out in a reasonable time. I would buy from them again, even though they aren't close.

Stay far away from this place! I contacted the dealer about purchasing a vehicle and spoke with a sales person. He gave me a price and i agreed that i would come buy it but wanted a few additional pictures and the price quote in writing as i would be traveling from out of state to buy the vehicle. He sent me no pictures i asked for but did send me a price quote for about 5k more than the price he gave me over the phone. They added a bunch of ridiculous charges for aftermarket so called protection packages and lo jack security. When i asked him to remove those charges as i did not want them he told me he could not because i was not financing the vehicle thru them. So i called the next day and talked to the sales manager and he told me he could not remove those charges because i was buying the vehicle from out of state. This place is full of scammers as you can read from other reviews there is a reason why they have 1 star reviews stay away you will waste your time .

Told me they wanted an additional $4000 for add ons and then wasted everyones time by dickering for every penny. Played too many games and I just don't feel good about the experience.

Sent emails to the dealer, they replied but unfortunately did not have the car I wanted.

The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. The "sales manager" ignored the customer's inquiry regarding the error codes. All four tires have less than 5% of tread left. When the customer asked whether it would be a safety concern or not, the "sales manager" replied that Napleton's Valley Hyundai does not replace tires on used vehicles. There's nothing wrong with the brand nor the salesperson. But I can not recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai due to their "sales manager's" questionable integrity and professionalism.
