Didn't buy but nice dealership

Sales representative was very polite, Communication was very good, the sale representative wasn't pushing to sale me the vehicle. Wich I appreciate very much during my shopping experience

I did not have a great experience with a car that I tried to buy. I was about to buy a vehicle after about 2 hours of talking with the salesperson. At that point the manager told me come back the following week to finish up the process. When I came back it seemed like they were going to sell me the car for the approved price. They pulled out the car and seemed ready to put the deal through but at that time again the manager came out and told me that it was not certified, even though the car fax report said it was. He was rather unwilling to sell me the car and tried to find a different car to sell me. The whole experience was unsettling. I cannot understand why I was treated like I was.

Experiencing over all was good, price you just have to know how to negotiate. Know what you doing and what you want.

Overall quite knowledgeable and friendly. The transaction once we decided to buy took too long. Also realized that perhaps we should have spent more time with the salesperson for them to explain how to connect our phone etc. It is much more complicated than it should be and I have no guidance now and will have to see if the manual helps. But i didnt realize this at the time

The dealer's assistant quickly contacted me and was very helpful and open in answering my questions, not pushy at all. My wife and I did drive from Michigan to Chicago and bought the van. The transaction was smooth and easy, and the dealer with his assistants took time to explain various aspects of the vehicle and to fix a minor problem. I certainly would recommend this dealer and would buy from him again in the future.

Although I didn’t buy the vehicle I went to Al Piemonte Nissan of which I viewed Online I did purchase a like vehicle another 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4WD. The process only took a couple of hours which is rare when shopping for a vehicle. Sam was very knowledgeable and saw the process through from Start to finish. I’m very impressed with the service this dealership displayed Thank You Al Piemonte Nissan.

Great service

Not good at all gave me the run around on every question, did not get back to me when they said they would. Car was making noises during test drive in the rear they never bothered to check it for me.
