Honda dealerships near me (Orland Park, IL)

I went to look at the car and I had an idea of what I should get for my trade in and what I wanted my payment to be. I must not have been an important customer because the guy that helped us had to walk away "for a minute" to help this couple who just bought a new car "set up their phones" after waiting 15 minutes, I walked out. I must not have been worth the time since I was working within a certain budget . Very disappointed

The person I talked to was very nice ill trying to get their hopefully this saturday coming up

I had a very good experience, with hona on elmhusrt. Very helpfull & understanding to my need's. My sale's man sam was very helpfull all & all i would recamend them , to freind's & family.

Very friendly, just wasn't as good of a deal as the car I went with. Very responsive dealer, and helpful without being pushy!

Love love love the car I purchased from this dealership and start of the sale was next to perfect we did most of deal over the phone salesman was very friendly and willingness to do whatever he could to make things as smooth as possible.but, once we actually got there in person I didn’t even believe it was same salesman I had been talking to 24 hours earlier. I felt as though we were good enough for him to waste his time on, we sat as his desk for an hour and a half by ourselves, he spoke maybe 20 words to us the entire time . I was so confused as to what happened? But, was outgoing and friendly to the other people he was helping ‍♀️ but, once we finally got all the financial stuff done which the lady who handled all that was great ! I hate that that salesman made any commission off our purchase. We sat there for well over an hour watching all the salesmen interact with their customers so friendly and nice, meanwhile we had no idea where ours was or if he was coming back .
