Honda dealerships near me (Johnston, RI)

Basically led me on about a vehicle that was for sale, yet would not return calls to schedule a test drive. Did not follow up when they said they would. Then when I followed up they informed me vehicle was sold.

We made appointment to go and check out the vehicle. When we got there they told us the car was sold two days ago but they have another one for $3K more. We spoke to them the morning before going there. The vehicle still showing available on the website.

I had an appointment to see a car, and made the appointment multiple days in advance. When I was 15 minutes out from my appointment to see and most likely buy the car, I received a call from the dealer telling me that he just sold the car. This was extremely unprofessional, and I am saddened that they would treat their customers like this.

I am writing to let off some steam. I was contacted by this dealership stating this truck was available. I called this morning and set up an appointment to see the car. I was able to make the appointment and drove over an hour to see the truck. When I got there I was told the truck was sold this weekend. I was livid since it is still listed now as available and was called over the weekend to get me to come in. Beware of this dealer!
