They were extremely helpful about any and all questions I had. They sent emails and even made a video about the car! I thoroughly enjoyed our communication as it was always informative never pushy.

They responded very fast and were very nice.

I didn't buy the car from them (haven't purchased a car yet) but they were super helpful by sending me personal videos and responding to questions about the car. If it was white I would've bought this.

I made an agreement with them and gave them my credit card to process a deposit. They agreed on a price and had me fill out an application which was approved. I'm 5 hours away and planned to come down there Monday to pickup. All of a sudden nobody will return my calls. I called over and over til someone answered and told me they sold the car hours after I gave them a deposit. The sales manager didn't have the courtesy to be professional and call me. Obviously he knew what he did was unprofessional. I would stay far away from these people! They also advertised a price then added $1k onto the advertised price. These people should be ashamed!

Dealer responded asap. Really like the EXP. Just not enough $$$ to buy another car right now. Will keep checking your website.

Poor customer service....would email to ask if there were questions and not repsond when asked,send same email later on...not sure they even read the messages ....

Good sales people follow up as excellent would recommend them to any buyer

I can't praise this dealer enough for the sincere approach to selling a vehicle. From going above and beyond the call of duty to inform the customer of all the ins and outs of the vehicle, and answer any and all inquiries that might be needed. I have never felt so much like they rolled out the red carpet just to have me possibly purchase a vehicle from them. Their approach is the whole reason I'm even going to see a car on the lot, it was so refreshing that I'm being considering the car that I had previously not been. Bravo!

Great experience with sales staff, very pleasant to work with. Could use a little help in finance dept, over all great people.
