Emailed dealership at night about a car I'd found. Got reply to call next morning car was still in stock. I called at 8am right when they opened. Receptionist took 15 minutes to locate a Sales Rep. I eventually talked to the rep and requested certain info for financing. Never got a call back. That afternoon I contacted the rep who told me that the car had been taken to the auction first thing that morning. Was a little upset that I wasted a day waiting.

Way overpriced dealer. Car has been on the lot 6 months and won't sell and they say their pricing is very competitive. I know dealer should make a profit but not rip off the customer.

This is the vehicle I finally bought. The dealer's customer service and finance department were all outstanding. It took them less than 24 hours to complete the sale and service the truck, from the first time my wife and I walk into their building until when we drove the Lincoln away. Sales guy did not try to help at all. I asked him about the car's history or records he said he wasn't sure about the history of the car. He didn't even try to look it up, I asked if they negotiate prizing and he said no we don't do that the car is already. Cheap, then I said I really like this car but it has lots of miles already, and he said sorry I can't help you. All this happened in the parking lot not even inside the building. Made me feel like I did not exist.
