They call me at 130 to make sure I was coming for my 245 appointment I confirmed showed up and they said they didn’t have the car it was sold. I told them you called me an hour ago and told me you were pulling it up. Bad business practice

Bait and switch dealer. Contacted me multiple times to come visit. I scheduled a visit with them and they messaged me multiple times that morning telling me they would have the car ready. I go to the dealership for my test drive, spend a half hour with a sales rep asking me questions, and then the manager comes over to get me to test drive a completely different vehicle, and they claimed, oh it was sold that morning. 1. would have been nice to tell me that while you were emailing me multiple times that morning, 2. why couldn't you tell me that when I walked through the door? and 3. It was obviously not sold "just that morning" you had the vehicle listed to get people to come into your dealership. They ended up just wasting 2 hours of my time.
