Bruce Parker was my salesman he was very helpful patient and kind.

Contacted dealer they called me right away and we’re going to check on answers to my questions. Never called back. Called them the next business day and talked to a salesman asked him to put together a price out the door. He came back $5,000 over MSRP which is a 15% markup of this particular vehicle. Other dealerships I spoke to were at MSRP or 4-5% but didn’t have the color we were looking for. I declined his offer as to me was way out of line.

I messaged with someone for a couple emails in a day then I was ghosted after email a couple times I gave up.

People answered my questions. Decided against this particular car, forget now if it sold before I was able to see in person. Staff was helpful with my questions

Shelby should sell online. She is the only response I received. Shelby did not elaborate on my questions and no sales person ever respnded. Shelby stated email got lost. That must have been 3 times. Not good customer service.
