Ford dealerships near me (Smyrna, GA)

I called to confirm the vehicle was on the lot, drove over an hour to get there and was told they had already sold it.

Easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars we are interested in.

Great experience with sales staff, very pleasant to work with. Could use a little help in finance dept, over all great people.

Poor customer service....would email to ask if there were questions and not repsond when asked,send same email later on...not sure they even read the messages ....

The salesman didn't want to take my trade in. Part of the reason, was because he was trying to make salesman of the month. I overheard him talking to another employee about it. He told me since I wasn't putting any money down, I need to put the car that I am still paying for, on Turo. The way he can sale me the car, then use the money he thinks I would make from Turo to pay two car notes. I definitely will not be back to that dealership.

I just lost 7 hours of my day and took time away from work to drive through ATL traffic twice from TN. I am a disabled combat vet and hate dealing with drama. To avoid this I texted (back and forth this morning), called them (talked to a real person who affirmed it was on the lot and provided me with current carfax via text with link), and I left work to drive directly to the dealership. I arrive and talk to the gentleman I was directed to......."that was sold yesterday" pointed to a bald headed gentleman "he sold it". Why wasn't it updated? Why would so many people not check? In parting, "the rest of our used stuff is over here". My only hassle today was going to be waiting for Wire transfer from my checking to pay the vehicle in full from my USAA account (Mil/Veteran bank so no local branches). I hope no one else has the same experience. I really just wanted to drive home in the truck I discussed and corresponded about on the way to the lot.

I didn't buy the car from them (haven't purchased a car yet) but they were super helpful by sending me personal videos and responding to questions about the car. If it was white I would've bought this.
