Totally unprofessional. After receiving all of my approval information before they closed for the evening I was told I'd get a call the following morning. He didn't call me nor did he answer when I called him. When I called from a different phone number, the call was answered. I soon learned why he did call me. He was too embarrassed to tell me that he sold the vehicle AFTER I was given the green light.
