I had a pleasant experience. The dealer contacted me immediately and made arrangements for me to do a test drive. There was no pressure which was appreciated. I didn't purchase the car, but would consider 1st Choice for my next car purchase. My only complaint was there was no wiggle room or negotiation on the final prices. If so, I would've given 5 stars.

The description of the truck's transmission and the pictures appeared
contradictory and I requested clarification. A representative emailed that
he would let me know the next day. After a few days with no response I

Dave was pretty nice but make sure you bring a mechanic with you. After putting 4 new tires on the car took it to get an oil change and found out it needs almost 3k of work, has leaks etc.. the car was as is... only one key and they won't get it pay for another one .. they are nice until your check cashes.

Although we were not able to conclude a deal because I live in Maryland USA and would have had to travel 1200 miles, I was seriously considering it and really appreciated David in his approach to this possible sale. It is possible in the future I would certainly contact 1st Choice Auto again in the future if unable to find a hybrid in Maryland that suits us millage wise and cost wise. They were definitely fair and honest.

Overall + experience. A great car for a great price. The service and attention to detail is a little rough around the edges (did not point out small cracks in windshield or tell me they had already been repaired; missing one headrest and had to drive back to get one from another car, test-drove a car that was badly mis-aligned ), but Tim is personable, honest (example: regarding cars that reeked of smoke or pet stains), and a straight-shooter. Would buy from him again.

We had a very good experience at 1st Choice. This is where we bought our
first prius 4 years ago. We shopped around more this time but still had the
best luck with this dealership. We felt like they were honest and did not play
any games with us or the price. I recommend this dealership if you don't
want to be jerked around.

to look at a car and gave them
my cars details for a trade. Left
work early and drove 2.5 hours to
get there only to have Tim smiling
and grinning and tell me he sold
the car 30 mins ago! Spent about
40 dollars in gas for nothing! They
could have told the potential
buyer that someone was on their
way to look at the car and if they
didn't buy it, it was all theirs! They
didn't even offer gas money for
wasting my gas and time!

Nice guys and reasonable on all accounts. Seems to be just a
couple of partners who primarily buy cars at auction. All the cars
we looked at work former fleet vehicles. Didn't make a purchase
at the time, but a fairly good experience over all.

Friendly, courteous, respectful and listened to me. And honest. Did not try to upsell me into a vehicle that I did not want. Also good inventory of cars at reasonable prices. I recommend giving 1st Choice Autos a visit when you are ready for a nice used car.

Tim and Dave were terrific. Easy to deal with, honest, friendly. They
helped me make my decision between two hybrids. I had the car
inspected by a third party who said the only thing it needed was an
alignment. They took me to another mechanic and they paid for the
alignment. They also deducted the cost of the independent inspection
from the cost of the car. I would definitely refer my friends and will go
back to them the next time I'm in the market for a new-to-me car. Two
thumbs up!

We recently purchased a used 2010 Ford Escape-Hybrid from David at
1st Choice Auto. It was truly a pleasurable experience. I was
immediately impressed with the high degree of trust and mutual
respect expressed by David. Although initially, a minor problem with
the alignment was discovered while road testing the vehicle prior to
purchase: When I asked that this be checked, without hesitation, David
promptly had the alignment corrected and available for purchase the
following day. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition and came
exactly as advertised. David was extremely personable, honest and
straightforward. Finally, the price we agreed upon was very fair. Overall
it was an excellent experience!
