I recently bought a 2021 4Runner from Ted Britt. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. The vehicle is perfect and the price was very reasonable based on market standards. Dealer was great and quick to respond, do work ups and give me feedback and answers to questions. They did a great job except for the fact they would not hold the car for me which I understand is against their policy. Their sales team was solid and extremely helpful and kept me up to date for the whole process even when someone else was looking at it and ended up buying it. It allowed me to keep my weekend schedule and they were respectful of that and my time. I will say the only area they need to work on is their fees. Their processing fees were much higher than normal which is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that though a good experience.
