Ford dealerships near me (Midlothian, IL)

The dealer did contact me and had just what I was looking for but had a 10k markup on the Bronco! (Sad!) I will be waiting for the one coming in at my local dealer for MSRP.

I expressed an interest before the car went through service and was told I would be contacted once that was completed. Turns out it was sold before the call ever took place. Unfortunate experience likely will not return.

I had a good experience with Taylor Ford. Dealer was fast to respond to my inquiry. Car was not clean and ready to drive. Staff was very friendly. The price of the vehicle was fair. The trade in value of my vehicle was fair. I'm from out of state so maybe the process is a little different in IL, however, used vehicles I've purchased in the past have always had a vehicle inspection checklist displayed on the window. I did find a power folding mirror that was not working. I kind of felt like it was my job to find something wrong vs the dealership informing me of any known issues. I'm not sure the mirror would have been mentioned or not to me. I called my local Ford dealership while I was still at Taylor and they informed my the power mirror was a $1,500.00 fix. I did mention the mirror to the manager and he said they were not going to fix it, however, would adjust the price $1,000.00. I agreed to the adjustment. I would recommend dealership to friends.

Terrible. Kept sending me auto-generated emails, I would answer, get no response, and I'd get the same auto-generated emails again the next day!?
