Dealer never let me know if the vehicle was available. I answered no above because I don’t know.

Inquired about the vehicle and did not receive an email or call back. One week or so later, I got a message through CarGuru that the car sold. Will not go here to purchase due to poor communication. I needed a car fast, and they did not deliver. Now I’m just stuck putting a transmission in my car versus buying a car with 90,000+ miles instead.

Never responded!!! Was ready to buy...but never responded!!

The dealer never came outside to let me see the car wanted me to come in. I’m handicap. Didn’t wanna walk that far. If I did not like the appearance of the car, he was very rude. Wouldn’t go back there again.

Helpful people! Unfortunately they weren’t interested in my trade in at the price i wanted. They did offer options. Unfortunately i couldn’t make that work however the car o was interested in was available and very fairly priced.

We went down to Crestwood Auto Auction and the team was friendly and transparent about the car we initially came to look at. While it wasn’t the one we went home with, they had another Volvo in-stock that was a great fit, and we ended up purchasing. Smooth, easy transaction and easy to work with staff. Would absolutely recommend!
