Dealerships near me (Midlothian, IL)

Wonderful staff! Thank you very much. C. Barnes! Very helpful! C. Barnes

Inquired about the vehicle and did not receive an email or call back. One week or so later, I got a message through CarGuru that the car sold. Will not go here to purchase due to poor communication. I needed a car fast, and they did not deliver. Now I’m just stuck putting a transmission in my car versus buying a car with 90,000+ miles instead.

it was good wash car! attentive answer questions

Great customer service. They got me in the car I wanted! Highly recommend.

When I got to the dealership , I noticed damage and repairs that needed to be done that were not in the pictures. It also was not disclosed on a dealership opinion of the car. I drove four hours to see a vehicle that took me less than five minutes to decline because nothing was disclosed to me that was wrong with it. I went with the pictures , the description and the carfax before I went down. We had a price set based on what their explanation was , but it was pending inspection. Reason that I walked away so fast was because the repairs of the outside were bad enough, but when I got inside the radio system, the backup camera, none of that had power and that was a red flag and a major no for me. I would not recommend them unless you live close by and can check out their vehicles to make sure they're telling the truth first. Otherwise , if you're coming from far away , ask a lot more specific questions. Buyer beware and do your research!

Very good professional

Asked if car was available before leaving. Upon arrival it was not. Sales manager nice and knowledgeable. Car choices not great if considering other options.
