Excellent service and great people

My worst experience yet was with Grand Prairie Ford! Wow! I would not recommend anyone doing business with these folks. They sold a truck right out from under me We were there, with an appointment, but the truck was not ready for us to drive. While we were waiting they allowed one of their home boys to come in ahead of us, drive the truck and then he made a deal. All this happened while we were sitting right there watching. I guess that is why used car dealers have the name they do. Run away from these guys as fast as you can.

Great price for the car! They stayed open late for me as i drove my trade into town and honored my request for a specific financing plan. There was a heavy handed upsell on dealer warranty plans. The warranties i brought were worthless the weekend i bought the car and required service. Go here for a no haggle best price but don't stay too long
