I found the car that I wanted and I worked with a salesman who sent me pictures and asked me if I could come today. I told him that was an out of town buyer but was willing to place earnest money down and come within a week. He stated he needed to check with his manager, and this was on a Sunday. I made arrangements to travel to pick up the car for that Friday. I sent two or three follow ups requesting if I could send money without a response. After no responses, I received a phone call on Monday afternoon stating the car had been sold. There was no apology or response to my request to send money. I was not impressed with the customer service experience at Darcars Chrysler. The least they could have done was clearly communicate with me, clear communication goes very far in the customer experience. As a result, I would not recommend buying from the dealership.

I wish I had a better car shopping experience honestly. I’ve had a string of bad experiences and this one really topped it for me. I was communicating with a certain employee (I’ll leave out his name so I won’t bash anyone) and I came in to see and test drive this. I loved it and honestly wanted to buy it but there were small things that were red flags I couldn't ignore. When I told the sales person I will think on it he immediately got defensive. Asking several times why I will not buy the car over something so minor and to not listen to my own family member who informed me that it wouldn’t be a good purchase. The sales person tried to push me to buy so much after I refused and gave my reasons several times. I should have got up and walked away but he was very persistent. If this place could overlook small important things like all the fluids in the car being up to date and standard then it made me think what else they overlooked. At the end of it all they just really want to sell

Steve in Used Cars confirms an appointment with me to come in and sign the paperwork at 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a used jeep. As I am driving and on the way from 45 miles away in Virginia, he texts me and informs me that someone else is purchasing the vehicle. Nevermind that Steve was not available on Friday (the day before) when I came in to test drive the vehicle and said "it would be best to wait for me since I know everything going on". Obviously something better came along and he failed to keep a commitment to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called to speak to a manager TWICE about this, and no one will call me back.

I am out of state, so the majority of conversation/negotiation was via text. On Wednesday at 9 AM, the salesperson texted me "Bump $500. Take the deal at $44K." I went back and forth with him a few times over the course of the day looking to get closer within my budget. By the end of the day, I was tired of negotiating with him and other dealers, and was ready to pull the trigger on a car, even though it was slightly higher than what I wanted to spend. At 7 PM on Wednesday, I texted him back that I was in at $44K. He texted me back the next morning and the response was "Kevin thats great news. With the new rebate changing by $1087.60 month over month you're now at $45,535.85 with everything." The monthly change in discounts had already taken effect; we had spoken about it the day before. Deceptive sales practices.

Switch and Bait misleading speaking to the salesperson the day before Matt, then arrive getting different numbers and hidden add-ons from sales manager manager aggressive and won't admit that what I was told was not based on paper unrealistic add on the leather seat fright charge 3000k leather seats 4900k but all this only confirmed after the sit down price was confirmed the the day before can't recommend this dealer bait and switche this dealer has many bad examples of reviews from Google and yelp and it's dealership like this what make a car buying a bad choice and experience.

Pleasant informative telephone call from dealer within an hour or two after submitting form. I’m not buying the Ocean One because already have One. I also have reservation for Ultra but probably not buying any more Fisker’s until we know if the company or successor will support them.
