They were very helpful to me.

My pre approval meant nothing. The one sales person was dealing with so many customers at once it was hard to feel like I was of any importance... Once they ran my credit and told me I needed a co signer he quickly started working with others and I no longer existed. I never even got the chance to look at the car much less anything else... They were super pushy about getting me into the dealership and once I was there I was nothing more than another number...

Can't help but feel a bit of racism involved with this dealership and I'm glad I decided to go elsewhere to purchase my Scat. From the very first phone call I felt disrespected. I feel like when he heard my voice and found out I was out of state he flat out said no to working with me. The nerve. Then I talked to the GM and he gave me some nonsense about not being to sell the car to me for the listed price because I was out of state. But now I see they dropped the price by 4k so it's lower than what I offered...smh. I'm glad I moved on. I work hard for my money and will spend it where I am a valued customer. And I do not need your generic copy and paste response. I do not need a response at all.
