Made me feel like my trade-in was worthless. The truck I was interested in was way over-priced I thought once I saw it at the dealer. Paint was chipped all over the hood. Needed a back bumper and repairs to the front bumper. Rode hard and put up wet.

I submitted a credit app with this dealer. On Monday I received an email from Erica that stated I was approved. I just need proof of my income and 3k down. Great! Now their website says, "we will crunch numbers and negotiate prices on your behalf". So I sent an email back to Erica asking if they could do just that, negotiate and crunch numbers on my behalf so I could put 2k down instead. Erica tells me her manager says no because they will "need to change the stock number". Why would the stock number change if its the same car? But ok. So I ask if the stock number could be changed. On Tuesday July 3rd Erica tells me this car was sold the night before and she will be happy to help me look at other vehicles. I thank her for all of her help. So today, July 7th I get a notification that the the price dropped on this vehicle. So the vehicle was never sold? This dealership just flat out lied to me to get me to buy a different car?

Very informative initial conversation and the lady was going to get with her buyers on what my trade would be worth on the market as to finding how close she could get our numbers to meet my financial need. I guess they couldn’t get close enough because I never heard from them again. Oh well

People were nice, but acted like I didn’t know anything about cars. This car run smooth but has a knocking issue every time you turn and has a lag in the acceleration. My best is to say it was in a front in collision/wreck.

After 4 calls and endless hours of waiting to get a floor associate to call me back to get some specifics, I finally got a call about the "prestige 2015 Denali Yukon" they had listed. It took them 3 days to get someone to call me after talking to 4 different people. All I wanted was some extra pictures of the truck to see the undercarriage and underneath the seats. Doing my research on the car, I noticed it had been near Houston, which instantly should alarm anybody of flood damage and want to know more. Assuring me over and over it wasn't a flood vehicle they finally took the pictures I had been patiently waiting for so hopefully in result I could plan on flying to their location and drive the Yukon home that weekend. Once I received the pictures I was instantly fuming with anger due to the condition and rust that was on the vehicle. Of course they assured me it was just from being around a beach area and was normal surface rust. If that is the case how does surface rust start to corrode away the floor bolts, Under the front seats, and the middle of the back seat bolts where the arm rest is? So not only did it take them for ever to get back with me over some simple pictures, but they also lied and assured me till the very last text message that it wasn't an undocumented flood vehicle. I am by no means a car specialist, but its pretty easy to tell a flooded car when all the inside bolts, inside the cab, in a controlled environment have rust on them. To add it is only 3.5 years old!! If you want to be lied to and buy a flooded car for a higher price these are your guys!! But hey, Clear Title !!

My husband and I both called about this vehicle. I contacted the dealership thru the entry on CarGurus. A lady called me the next day. I asked about possibly negotiating the price. She said there wasn’t a negotiation option. Didn’t seem to want to help me. I’m in sales and as a salesperson I would have tried to get me on the lot to discuss in person. The next week my husband called first thing on Monday morning. The lady said her managers would be in around 9 and someone would call him back. By 2:30 that afternoon he still had not heard back. So he called again. Only to be told the car had been sold that morning. My thoughts are they didn’t have good phone customer service. We won’t be contacting them in the future.

I wasnt too happy with the dealership they lied to me on saturday , the salesman that they said would be right out and talk to me was off that day. I did go back and drove the car but didnt like the car and he automaticaly hinted that mine would not be worth hardly anything. I do not recomend this dealership , as they are full of lies.

They stink. They let me drive an hour and a half without telling me someone was already there to buy it, even though I spoke to Annabell a half hour before I arrived. Even worse Annabell let me wait without coming out to tell me herself. After 15 minutes of waiting someone else came out to tell me. It was still listed even the next day. I wouldn't buy a peanut or even a piece of popcorn from them.

I am happy with the deal I received. I had to put up a huge fight to get $200 taken off of the out the door price and a full tank of fuel thrown into the deal. Come better prepared to negotiate than I did because they play hardball on the prices here. Overall, great dealership, but they are good at what they do.

It is the policy of this dealership to advertise vehicles as ready to purchase when in fact, the vehicle is not ready. I informed the salesman that I didn't have a lot of time after he informed me the vehicle was on a different lot. After 10-15 minutes he stated the vehicle was still undergoing an inspection and wouldn't be available until 4 days later. The 8-day old CarGurus ad implied that the car was ready for sale. The dealership contacted me a few days later to get feedback on my experience. After telling them I was not pleased with the experience they stated that its their policy to advertise vehicles as soon as they get them. No apology was issued.

They did contact me but avoided answering any questions I had. It is almost like they were not even reading my emails. I thought maybe they were not getting them but then noticed they were replying to them but ignored anything I asked. All I was trying to ask about was what rebates were included in the price so I could see which ones I qualified for. Refused to give me that info for some reason. I would not recommend using them.

We had good communication from this dealership, and they were very friendly and upfront. They had the vehicle next to the office when we arrived. We drove an hour to see the vehicle, and then were there for about 2 hours test driving and discussing options. We really wish that dealerships would be a little more flexible on the listed prices. They do not negotiate, which is apparently how most dealerships are these days. Fees were reasonable (tax, tag, and a $600 doc fee), came to about $1250 in fees. The price is good, especially considering it was a certified pre- owned with a 100k mile warranty, but there were a few minor details that we noticed and unfortunately were not able to get them to consider on the price (the front-driver light cover was starting to spider on the surface, a fabric fastener/screw missing on the back seat, some duct tape residue around one of the belt paths in the back, no floormats, only one key- which is a couple hundred $$ to get another). There had been one accident listed on the carfax (rear impact) that is likely the reason why it was priced lower than the other 2016 models. A few spots could have been cleaned a little better in our opinion. They have a TON of vehicles here (several lots) and I'm sure they try to go quick with the cleaning. Ultimately, it came down to a math error on their part. We knew what our payment should have been at the amount to be financed, and showed that to them. Their finance department was giving the salesman and us a higher price (about $30/mo difference). We knew that was too high, and walked away. The next day we got a follow-up call about our experience. I mentioned the financing issue (again), and after checking they confirmed we were right, and that Gap insurance (optional) may have been included in the monthly payment they gave us when we were there. Although they apologized for the error, and the salesman called me again that day, we were not going to drive there again (at least 3-4 hours round trip) unless they could make it worth a second trip. Still no flexibility on the price, and it was at the top of our price range, so we will keep looking. They were very nice and would consider them in the future.

I drove 5 hours to this dealer to buy a car. When I got there, the car was not ready and had to be located, they knew I was coming to look at THIS car. The sales person I was assigned to appeared to have never seen the car before. The "check engine" light was on, and on the test drive, there were obvious front end problems indicated by shimmering at high speeds on the highway. They want $25,785 for this car. The sales person wanted me to think this was a great deal. He had the car taken back to the shop to check out the reason for the engine light. He came back, and all he could tell us was that it wasn't a big deal... Disappointed in every thing about the experience with this dealer. Would not recommend!

Bad customer service. My wife was told by Katie, the vehicle we were inquiring about was put on ''reserve''. So I called to see exactly what that meant for us as an interested buyer. Suddenly the vehicle was available and was told by Katie they would call me right back with a final out the door price. So after 3.5 hours of waiting and time wasted I called back to see what was going on. I never spoke with anyone else but Katie, overall incredibly poor experience. My offer was $785.00 below their posted asking price and was told my offer was too low. These folks obviously dont know how to or want to sale vehicles.

We went and visited and didn't like the experience. Their attitude seems to be they can take or leave your business, which is probably true due its size. I contacted this dealership about a vehicle that was online for only 8 days. I went to see the vehicle even before it considered mechanically sound told the salesman"Rick" that we loved the cosmetics and all the other features and we had a cashiers check for the offered price as soon as it was mechanically sound and just call us when it had been serviced. Which was scheduled to be done two days out. When WE called back on that Thursday we were told that the car had been sold. But because we didn't put a NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON A CAR WE HADN'T YET DRIVEN OR WAS SITTING AWAITING A PART we were just OUT OF LUCK. SO Kernersville Dodge has some shady salesman, so beware.

Car was in poor condition and when you need someone to talk to the answering machine was full so you couldn't leave a message and no one else would pick up the phone.but they where great before you bought the car.so unless you see the car in person do not waist your time.

arrived at appointed time. Waited 25 minutes for salesman to produce car (claimed they lost keys). Car was listed at above high end of KBB range. Interior was trashed, outside was scratched and stone chipped, tires were worn out. During test drive air bag warning light stayed on entire time. Car did not handle well either. Salesman said"Well, it's only a 6 thousand dollar car". I told him it was not, it's a 4100 car that you are asking 6 K for. That is KBB low range--$4100. Find another dealer is my suggestion.

I worked with Danen on internet sales. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory. She took the time to keep me updated on new inventory without being pushy or demanding. Once at the dealership I dealt with Charlie, also very patient. I finally found a truck that I was not on my list. Never felt pressure, they never tried to up-sale me on anything I was not interested in. They have a large inventory to choose from. Thanks, I'll be back and will recommend this dealership.

Truck was in bad shape when I drove 2hrs see truck. Great is what I was told the condition of the truck. Big dent in the front driver side fender scratches all over the truck it was not mentioned when I spoke with them on the phone. The bed of the truck had two large holes drilled in it this was not mention also. I had an appointment with them and the truck was at the body shop. Had to wait over 20 minutes to see the truck.

"SEVERAL vehicles priced wrong" according to the gm. This was very frustrating!! Seemed to be a way to get customers in the door. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Would understand if the pricing was "wrong" on one site but it was "wrong" on several sites with several different vehicles. Seems suspicious to me. Buyer beware!!!

Made appointment with Ashlyn in internet sales to see 2007 Yukon Denali and 2008 Tahoe. Took off work and drove an hour and half from Charlotte only to find the Denali to not be on site but at an adjacent lot on flats and undriveable. Upon cursory underbody inspection vehicle was found to have corrosion and visible body rust. All 4 rims were severely degraded. The Tahoe was no better....had a cracked windshield and dashboard was cracked and partially collapsed. Found ad pictureres to be misleading. Both vehicles had active airbag recalls not disclosed in ad. Wasted a whole day for that !! I would not buy winshield washesher fluid from this dealership

They responded quickly but logistics came into play as they were almost 100 miles away and arranging a test drive became problematic due to my schedule and that of the salesperson. Eventually I eliminated that brand/model from consideration so it was a moot point but I would definitely consider them in a future purchase.

They were very prompt in contacting me. However, the sales associate was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle including its options and standard features. I ultimately decided not to purchase the Jeep but it was in no way a reflection on the sales experience. I simply decided not to purchase because of the mileage on the Jeep.

Nice lot. Our sales man Dave was refreshingly honest and not purchase aggressive. Only downfall was the truck i was looking at had a good bit of flaws and wear that wasnt ever mentioned before i made the 1 hour and 10 minute ride.

They did contact me on July 4, but they where closed that day, later on that day I made a deal with someone else. They did call the next day but the deal was already done, sorry.

Dealer followed up but vehicle was priced to sell, and was not negotiable. It was priced a little higher than we wanted to pay, so we ended up buying at another dealer.

I traveled down from Virginia to test drive a truck that I was planning on purchasing. I spoke to a salesman about the vehicle who informed me that the sales manager had gone home for the day to call back Monday morning. I called back Monday and was informed to call back Tuesday. I finally got a answer Wednesday afternoon from the sales manger who asked if I would like to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. When I informed them that I would just like to know the asking price for the vehicle they informed me it was sold that morning. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Save your time and go anywhere else but here.

Called about cargo van, had question about extended warranty. Received email with general info about the van, nothing about extended warranty. I called back twice, did not get return call until Tuesday, sales person did not have any info reguarding warranty and said would get back with me. She called me back later that day to tell me that the van was sold, I told her that I was disappointed for lack of communication. She told me that she was out of the office since Friday. Giving 2 stars for the initial call and email sent with General info on the van ( which was already stated).

Poor, test drove car.... Something wrong with suspention on Dodge charger.... Steering wheel shaking out of hand.... No radio...previous owner removed.... And they would not lower price... Made offer on vw passat... And would not lower the price one penny. Would never buy car from them.... Can't blame sales people... I think management dictates improper sales tactics..

My experience at this dealer was nothing special. I came there waited for someone else to finish looking at the truck that I was already approved for and then sat down did the paper work and left with the truck.

This dealership does not certify their used cars. That may or may not be a big deal to you. The car I test drove was not particularly clean and I was disappointed with that. With this type of business model, their prices were very competitive however. It just depends what you are looking for. Sales staff were very pleasant.

Seems like they would have test drove this vehicle before allowing someone to drive an hour and 20 minutes one way to give it a test drive. The cars brakes and rotors were shaky and grinding terribly. Also, the transmission slipped several times. No deal.

Best experience here. In my research, I went to more than 15 different locations. Hands down, the best location. The sales woman, Kelly, was unassuming, not pushy, sincere, and doesn't try to take advantage of silly sales tricks. I will happily drive the two hours to this location again to buy another car.

Dealer did call me, we did not set an actual appointment, but told them that I would be there Saturday afternoon and I would call them when i was on the way. I called when I left the house, an hours drive to the dealership, left a voice mail saying that i was on the way. Called a 2nd time when I was half way, left a 2nd voice mail. When I arrived on the lot, seen plenty of sales people sitting in the shade but not one spoke to me. Went out in the lot and found the truck myself, called the main dealership phone number asking for a salesman to meet me at the truck, 20 minutes later no salesman! The truck was NOT accurately described in the ad! The paint was peeling, old parts in the bed, very rough condition, and they had it listed over $4000 above NADA clean retail value! And YES I was looking at the same truck as advertised! A VERY frustrating experience! After replying to the dealers follow up email asking if i was still interested, my reply was that I was VERY disappointed with my experience so far, and if anyone cared to please have them call me, put my number in that email, still no one has contacted me, I guess that I should not be surprised!

I was sold a car in 2013 to find out two months later that the car had a salvaged title! Just recently came In to trade and buy and was told I couldn't buy a car. My van valued $1224.00 Kernerville Dodge only offered me $500.00 for my vehicle and said I needed $2000.00 more to even consider selling me a car. I have no credit but i am establishing credit at a fast rate. I would have to say I would never ever come back to Kernersville Dodge to buy anything. I will take my business somewhere else! If this site would let me put 0 stars that's what I would have rated them, not a happy customer!
