I contacted this dealership about a vehicle that was online for only 8 days. I went to see the vehicle even before it considered mechanically sound told the salesman"Rick" that we loved the cosmetics and all the other features and we had a cashiers check for the offered price as soon as it was mechanically sound and just call us when it had been serviced. Which was scheduled to be done two days out. When WE called back on that Thursday we were told that the car had been sold. But because we didn't put a NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ON A CAR WE HADN'T YET DRIVEN OR WAS SITTING AWAITING A PART we were just OUT OF LUCK. SO Kernersville Dodge has some shady salesman, so beware.

Car was in poor condition and when you need someone to talk to the answering machine was full so you couldn't leave a message and no one else would pick up the phone.but they where great before you bought the car.so unless you see the car in person do not waist your time.

arrived at appointed time. Waited 25 minutes for salesman to produce car (claimed they lost keys). Car was listed at above high end of KBB range. Interior was trashed, outside was scratched and stone chipped, tires were worn out. During test drive air bag warning light stayed on entire time. Car did not handle well either. Salesman said"Well, it's only a 6 thousand dollar car". I told him it was not, it's a 4100 car that you are asking 6 K for. That is KBB low range--$4100. Find another dealer is my suggestion.

I worked with Danen on internet sales. She was very knowledgeable of the inventory. She took the time to keep me updated on new inventory without being pushy or demanding. Once at the dealership I dealt with Charlie, also very patient. I finally found a truck that I was not on my list. Never felt pressure, they never tried to up-sale me on anything I was not interested in. They have a large inventory to choose from. Thanks, I'll be back and will recommend this dealership.

the experience with their customer relation was horrible, The show me the truck, i tested the truck and it was very good. they have already hurt my credit before finding out some one has already paid for the truck during the paper work.

Truck was in bad shape when I drove 2hrs see truck. Great is what I was told the condition of the truck. Big dent in the front driver side fender scratches all over the truck it was not mentioned when I spoke with them on the phone. The bed of the truck had two large holes drilled in it this was not mention also. I had an appointment with them and the truck was at the body shop. Had to wait over 20 minutes to see the truck.

"SEVERAL vehicles priced wrong" according to the gm. This was very frustrating!! Seemed to be a way to get customers in the door. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Would understand if the pricing was "wrong" on one site but it was "wrong" on several sites with several different vehicles. Seems suspicious to me. Buyer beware!!!

Made appointment with Ashlyn in internet sales to see 2007 Yukon Denali and 2008 Tahoe. Took off work and drove an hour and half from Charlotte only to find the Denali to not be on site but at an adjacent lot on flats and undriveable. Upon cursory underbody inspection vehicle was found to have corrosion and visible body rust. All 4 rims were severely degraded. The Tahoe was no better....had a cracked windshield and dashboard was cracked and partially collapsed. Found ad pictureres to be misleading. Both vehicles had active airbag recalls not disclosed in ad. Wasted a whole day for that !! I would not buy winshield washesher fluid from this dealership

The truck I came to look at was sold before I got here, but with the help of the salesman we found one that fit my needs, 5 years newer with 5,000 less miles and not much more money. Have already brought my stepson down to see if he can find a truck that suits his needs

They responded quickly but logistics came into play as they were almost 100 miles away and arranging a test drive became problematic due to my schedule and that of the salesperson. Eventually I eliminated that brand/model from consideration so it was a moot point but I would definitely consider them in a future purchase.

They were very prompt in contacting me. However, the sales associate was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle including its options and standard features. I ultimately decided not to purchase the Jeep but it was in no way a reflection on the sales experience. I simply decided not to purchase because of the mileage on the Jeep.

Nice lot. Our sales man Dave was refreshingly honest and not purchase aggressive. Only downfall was the truck i was looking at had a good bit of flaws and wear that wasnt ever mentioned before i made the 1 hour and 10 minute ride.

I traveled down from Virginia to test drive a truck that I was planning on purchasing. I spoke to a salesman about the vehicle who informed me that the sales manager had gone home for the day to call back Monday morning. I called back Monday and was informed to call back Tuesday. I finally got a answer Wednesday afternoon from the sales manger who asked if I would like to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. When I informed them that I would just like to know the asking price for the vehicle they informed me it was sold that morning. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Save your time and go anywhere else but here.

Called about cargo van, had question about extended warranty. Received email with general info about the van, nothing about extended warranty. I called back twice, did not get return call until Tuesday, sales person did not have any info reguarding warranty and said would get back with me. She called me back later that day to tell me that the van was sold, I told her that I was disappointed for lack of communication. She told me that she was out of the office since Friday. Giving 2 stars for the initial call and email sent with General info on the van ( which was already stated).

Poor, test drove car.... Something wrong with suspention on Dodge charger.... Steering wheel shaking out of hand.... No radio...previous owner removed.... And they would not lower price... Made offer on vw passat... And would not lower the price one penny. Would never buy car from them.... Can't blame sales people... I think management dictates improper sales tactics..

This dealership does not certify their used cars. That may or may not be a big deal to you. The car I test drove was not particularly clean and I was disappointed with that. With this type of business model, their prices were very competitive however. It just depends what you are looking for. Sales staff were very pleasant.

Seems like they would have test drove this vehicle before allowing someone to drive an hour and 20 minutes one way to give it a test drive. The cars brakes and rotors were shaky and grinding terribly. Also, the transmission slipped several times. No deal.

Best experience here. In my research, I went to more than 15 different locations. Hands down, the best location. The sales woman, Kelly, was unassuming, not pushy, sincere, and doesn't try to take advantage of silly sales tricks. I will happily drive the two hours to this location again to buy another car.

Dealer did call me, we did not set an actual appointment, but told them that I would be there Saturday afternoon and I would call them when i was on the way. I called when I left the house, an hours drive to the dealership, left a voice mail saying that i was on the way. Called a 2nd time when I was half way, left a 2nd voice mail. When I arrived on the lot, seen plenty of sales people sitting in the shade but not one spoke to me. Went out in the lot and found the truck myself, called the main dealership phone number asking for a salesman to meet me at the truck, 20 minutes later no salesman! The truck was NOT accurately described in the ad! The paint was peeling, old parts in the bed, very rough condition, and they had it listed over $4000 above NADA clean retail value! And YES I was looking at the same truck as advertised! A VERY frustrating experience! After replying to the dealers follow up email asking if i was still interested, my reply was that I was VERY disappointed with my experience so far, and if anyone cared to please have them call me, put my number in that email, still no one has contacted me, I guess that I should not be surprised!

I was sold a car in 2013 to find out two months later that the car had a salvaged title! Just recently came In to trade and buy and was told I couldn't buy a car. My van valued $1224.00 Kernerville Dodge only offered me $500.00 for my vehicle and said I needed $2000.00 more to even consider selling me a car. I have no credit but i am establishing credit at a fast rate. I would have to say I would never ever come back to Kernersville Dodge to buy anything. I will take my business somewhere else! If this site would let me put 0 stars that's what I would have rated them, not a happy customer!

The sale person up the price a thousand dollars on the 2011 Dodge Ram that I looked at from the price it were listed on the Web price. The retail purchase agreement increased from 18,885 to 19,885 on the form when I asked him to give me a total price, this was before adding the other fees. I drove one and half hour to get there and then he up the price.

Purchased car at a great price, but had some problems with misreprentation of vehicle features, condition, and transport. Dealer installed sunroof was not like factory installed as promised and vehicle had some minor damage to bumper and roof area. Hopefully dealer will correct issues as promised.

Horrible place to do business with. Reserved a test drive and drove and over an hour to the dealership for them to be showing the vehicle to another customer. Then I wait and wait they finally allow me to check out the vehicle and will no longer let me test drive the vehicle I had originally reserved to drive over night. They said the car was to hot of a vehicle to allow me to have over night after I had called 3 times to confirm I was allowed to do so. And they had no remorse nor did they apologize.

Started the process online and once everything was negotiated went to the dealership. When I got there nothing had changed which is what most other dealerships do. Michelle Miller in online sales was a great help and without her I would have never stepped foot in the dealership. to be fair, the price of the car was really good and I was ready to buy. what made it difficult was the fact that they had no description about the condition of the car, most of the time the dealer makes the effort to describe overall condition, if something is broken or missing how much tire thread is left, here nothing, just a general description. I sent several emails with specific questions and I just got initally a respond, that the price is firm! Ok fair enough, busy time of the year, still, the price was good and I started calling; in general very unfriendly response and the request for callback for a walk around (buying a used car over the internet is scary) failed by, guess what, no one called back. so I was ready to give up. I started a new search and I found this car on Ebay, so no it gets funny, I won the auction but the winning bit was below the minimum! ok again called and finally I reached somebody who directed me to somebody to do a walk around and I decided to buy. I was handed to the finance department to give my Credit card down payment and than I was told that somebody else just made a down payment! Now over a week later I get an email on my initial respond that the car is sold but they would be glad to help me on another car on there lot! If you like impersonal bad service from a volume dealer who has clearly his personal and processes not under control than this is the right choice!!!!! I know I will not try again to spend my money with them

The online manager that handles the internet ad is a jerk. But then again, his job is not sales, it is internet ads. And that he did well. The sales girl was GREAT! The financing dept. sucks. They submitted our loan to Wells Fargo and we got turned down. Simultaniously, we were seeking our own financing. We did not know they used Wells Fargo. We got our loan through Wells Fargo direct online. (the best way to go) We were able to talk to a person, who talks to the underwriter who approves the loan and we got our loan approved. Wells Fargo refinanced our other car and lowered that payment so tha I could afford this car. The dealer wouldn't even talk to us about the car we wanted, even though we told them we were approved. Since he had gotten a denial we were not worth his time. We finally got them to agree to hold the car if we sent them the full amount of funds via wire before we had even "physically "seen the car. ( we had reviewed the pictures, the car fax, etc onling and knew we wanted the car, but it was still contingent on us physically seeing the car) Also, Wells Fargo was also able to see all the details of the car including the vin # which helps alot when trying to get a loan by the way!) So, once the money was there via wire, we were all set. The sales girl had an easy sale, we drove the car, put gas in it, the sales girl reimbursed us for our gas money, she did our paper work quickly. But keep in mind we already had our financing pre- arranged before we got there, so there wasn't much for her to do except accept her commission. We drove 2.5 hours to get there, which tells the price was a good one, and we are very happy with the 2004 Corvette that we bought. It was beautiful find, and we are so thankful they had it for sale, way below market. (it had hit the 90 day mark for being on the lot......) The person we spoke to last, was a very nice guy, the one who does the title and tag. He offered us the extended maintenance, which we declined. We wish you luck with your vehicle purchase. I would recommend watching CarGuru.com and when you see the car price start to drop, wait just a little longer, and you will see the price you are looking for, then jump!

I drove 1 1/2 hours only to test drive a luxury car that was in bad condition. Several options on the car were broken and the car needed an alignment.

Was told that we couldn't drive a vehicle because they had just gotten it in as a trade in and it had not been looked over by their mechanics first. Told the salesman to give us a call when it had been looked over by the mechanics so we could test drive it. He said ok. The car was sold the next day to someone else who was allowed to test drive it prior to it being inspected by the mechanics.

Excellent! They really go the extra mile for the customers. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle this time I will definitely consider their dealership in the future and highly recommend them.

This dealer responded quickly. However, the have a $500 dealer markup on all their cars which is not included in the advertised prices. They also refused to work out a reasonable deal on a car we were interested in. They also withheld for a couple days the fact that the car we were interested in was a car that had been heavily smoked in. Finally, this is a dealer to be avoided, they are dishonest.

$399 "docking fee" was a deal-breaker. Whatever great price you see on a car, be warned that it will actually be $400+ what you think it will, once you're done paying all the fees. Thanks but no thanks. I'm going back to Craigslist "For sale by owner."

They were busy, and a nice salesman helped us while finishing up with someone else. It really worked out better because it gave us the space to discuss the vehicles freely. We did end up buying a vehicle from him, just not the one we expected.

Made contact a couple of times with this dealer concerning the price of a vehicle. was promised several times I would receive a response. Finally after I can only assume they had exhausted all other means of sale, they contacted me about the price. But I had already purchased another vehicle. I must add that I was contacted, with the advertised price......plus almost 500 DOLLARS in doc fees !!!!!!!!!!! Wow !!!! Again not a dealer I would recommend

This is the wrong truck they swich the vin numbers after they talk to my bank my bank call them and they send the wrong vin . I went to pick up and they said they sold it a hour ago

No. The female seemed very uninterested in negotiating a deal that would have been close to a competitor's in Raleigh. The extra fees were THE most that I had heard from any dealer, had I not been calling around all week I wouldn't have known that. Um it was a nice car for a great deal, but they need to work on professionalism and customer courtesy.

Called and made an appointment to buy a truck that I had been interested in and I drove over two hours to get this truck and when I got there they came out and said just sold it an there nothing I can help u with, if this was the last dealer on earth I would still never buy from them. I'm glad this worked out because later I found out that that truck had been wrecked and the dealer was not telling people that so that just shows how bad them people r at kernersville dodge. Please do not buy from these rip off.

Was very dissapointed with salesman, and dealership unwillingness to lower price on vehicle to cover bald tires and bleached carpet! On a $26,000 vehicle when I came from 200 miles away. Don't recommend them at all.

The Vehicle was not as presented in their photos, meaning their was damage to the right rear of the vehicle. Once I identified this damage, I explained I would still purchase the vehicle if we could make a fair adjustment to the price because we would have to pay the cost of repairs; however they would only make a small adjustment which was an insult to any thinking [intelligent buyer]. However I did receive a call about 5 days after our visit to discuss renegotiation for which I declined because I found a better deal closer to home....glad it didn't workout. The best part of this experience was dealing with the sales person. Leon is GREAT GREAT GREAT. See Leon when you visit this dealership. Even though the vehicle purchase didn't workout, he made our 150 mile round trip worth it all.
