The sales team was fantastic knowledgeable accommodating. Finance team. We'rewe are a huge component. Unfortunately, I had to come back 4 days later have my car looked at. Upside, everything was under warranty, and they're taken care of. So bettersweet but overall I would recommend.

Vehicle needed repair that should have been taken care of before offering for sale. They did step up to fix issues. All in all things worked out. Salesman was great. Financing was easy. They worked with us to get the deal done. Prep dept could be better but in all fairness todays cars are complicated. In the end I’m happy with the car and price and the overall experience

Didn’t bother with trying to buy anything else for now. Going to build more money for something I can afford. The dealership was very helpful and kind,knowledgeable.

No pressure, no gimmicks, no nonsense; just 2 guys selling amazing cars! And Ryan & John know their stuff - expert level of understanding the cars they are selling, answers to every question we had, and their follow-up/customer service was over the top. John was quick to respond to our call, even on a day they were closed (weekend), and had us set up for a test drive the following week when they re-opened. The car we ended up buying was exactly as they described – low miles, perfect exterior (hard to find color), 9.5 of 10 interior, exceptionally clean engine bay; as near perfect as a 2006 can get. Hands down the best car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We highly recommend the team over at Vault Motorcars, and we will be back for our next one!
