This dealership made my car buying experience so much easier! They responded quickly to my inquiry. This listing helped me realize that they had not only this Nissan Kicks SR, but another with an added package that I was looking for. The vehicle was showroom ready with a big red bow on the hood when I arrived. Paul helped me get the Kicks of my dreams. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. This is a GREAT place to shop and purchase a car. I highly recommended all of the folks at Ben Mynatt, Salisbury. I am a local resident, retired state employee and current business owner. I have made my last three car purchases via the internet through cargurus, carfax and autotrader. I found the 2011 Kia Sorento on cargurus as I was about to purchase another vehicle in Charlotte. When I talked to "Katie" about the vehicle by phone, she was incredibly helpful. I arrived at the Salisbury Ben Mynatt around 5:30 pm. She greeted my daughter and me at the front door, and then introduced us to "Stan", one of the sales staff. We drove the vehicle and LOVED IT! I We went to Stan's desk and got down to business. There were no nonsense "bait and switch" or "add on fees" that unfortunately are so common at many dealerships. I was able to purchase a one owner, low mileage vehicle at one of the best prices on cargurus in a 200 mile radius, aproximately $350 less than the already very low internet price. I was ecstatic. "Van" the finance officer was equally pleasant, helpful .... and NO PRESSURE! By 7:15 pm I owned the Kia. Stan insisted on a thorough final cleaning, so we agreed to pick up our Kia the next day. When my daughter and I returned, we were once again met as though we were the ONLY customer on the lot. AND to my surprise the Kia was so nice my college age daughter "confiscated" my vehicle .... haven't driven it since. So I guess I will be returning to Ben Mynatt in a few weeks for a second vehicle. This was my first purchase at a Ben Mynatt dealership, but it will not be the last! This was truly one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ever had. Overall we are extremely pleased with our experience at Ben Mynatt. Email Correspondence with Katie was great. Working with Kevin Murphy was wonderful and worked a deal we could all be happy with. No hassle, no pressure, no pain. We drove away with a new vehicle and will visit Ben Mynatt in the future for our other automotive needs.

I am very pleased with the dealership so far. The vehicle I purchased has some issue's. But I'm glad to say that the staff is working hard to get the issue fixed.

They were very quick in responding to my emails. Everything that I asked for was sent in a timely manner. Went and looked at the vehicle and test drove it. The vehicle was a little pricey and when I was trying to get a lower price they would not budge on their price. Other than that everything was great with them.

Best dealership I've bought a vehicle through. Bought a used 2009 IS 350 with about 77K on it - almost perfect condition! They were very thorough, helpful and did not push their financing or warranty options. I highly recommend this dealership! On a side note, I drove all the way down from Richmond, VA and I would do it again if they had the car I was looking for.
