Got back to me the same day, in less that 30 minutes. Whole process was super fast and I got to drive home in my new truck!

The internet rep was very helpful and set up a meeting with a wonderful salesperson.

super nice car, tried to nail me with a very overpriced “reconditioning fee” which was $2k. I talked the guy down because I was able to figure out they didn’t actually spend $2k reconditioning the car. it was just a huge money grab. none of their phones were working so it was difficult to get in touch with them, they don’t offer a warranty that comes with the car (I would’ve had to pay to get one), and they didn’t fill up the gas tank, I had to drive it an hour home off a little less than a quarter tank. super stingy and cheap, tried gouging me for some extra $$. I probably gave them some free money when I paid $1,500 for “reconditioning”. I tried trading in my old car, which is in pretty good shape. retail value on my old car is $7,600 , there’s no dents or lights on the dash, just a few dings here and there like every car has. they offered me $1k for a car that’s valued at $7600 retail. the only real good thing about the dealership was that the car I got is actually pretty nice.

Good experience car shows well . Salesperson very patient and helpful. Have had multiple contacts with him wants me to come in to make an offer. I would prefer to come to an agreement over the phone before I come in and waste time haggling. Still like this car feel its a bit overpriced based on what other options have sold for recently with 10k more miles but only 4 years old. this is 7 years old with excellent mileage. Need engine detailing.

Can't put lower than 1 star. Spoke to them several times and made an appointment to see their truck on a Saturday morning at 11:00. Confirmed Friday night that it was still available and after a 2 hour drive we arrived right on time only to find that my salesman was too busy for me. They seemed shocked and put out that I had a trade. After leaving us sit for 20 minutes they came back and told me they already received three (3) "small" deposits on the truck but implied that I could put down a deposit as well. Almost as if my deposit was bigger than the other 3 that I'd jump to the top of the line. Unethical, shady practice with no consideration of my time, mileage and fuel. Maybe someone will argue that accepting multiple deposits is becoming standard practice now and so be it if that's true, but what kind of dealer chooses not to mention these deposits to a prospective buyer coming from a distance??

They were very efficient in their efforts to prove their cars value. It just was out of our affordability.
