Called dealer about car, was sent photos of said vehicle and a video...noticed a dent on front right quarter panel (carfax only notated front loft damage), asked salesperson Richard about the dent, he stated "that's only a reflection". Then, the next day, I received a text stating that it was in fact damaged, and that the price of the vehicle already reflected said damage. This is being sold as a Autonation certified vehicle

Man i went to the dealer solely just to test drive this vehicle. Cory Poole energy was so great i told them i wasn’t buying this vehicle unless it’s him working with me. Him and the finacial team got them numbers looking right for me. Got an amazing offer for my trade in vehicle and BOOM!! Pulled off the lot with this exact SUV i freakin love it!!

The sale rep has been very helpful but their finance department is outrageous on interest rate.

I was contacted by several people from the dealership. They were not forthcoming with acknowledging their actual out the door price for the vehicle inwas interested in. As I am not local, I reiterated that I could not come to see the car without knowing what kind of fees I would be asked to pay. 3rd or 4th request I was directed to a link that listed fees for their uses cars. Many unnecessary and not legally required add on fees that came out about $3000 were listed. Their lack of transparency was a deterrent to our purchasing from them.
