Dealerships near me (Clinton, MD)

never responded back

Dealer wasted time contacting me and doing pointless applications only to sell the car before the pre determined meeting and then try and bait and switch me into another car. STEER CLEAR!!

Communicated about 3 cars before going to shop was told they were available and would be brought up front before hand got there from almost a 2 hour drive to be told cars were sold. Most cars in lot all had big scratches or damages

The sales agent had great mannerism and caring. The manager Rocky I feel needs improvement in his customer services skills. Never came to me after the sale was complete and said congratulations or thank you for your business.

Abdu was professional and efficient.

This dealership never responds to inquiries.

The staff was very responsive. I just called to check the vehicle availability, we schedule appointment right away, drove down 20 mins and purchase the vehicle after a test drive. It was a great experience, good customer service.

Jelani was very friendly and efficient with showing the car and ensuring we understood the entire process. We appreciated his transparency about the car’s pricing which allowed us to know it was a fair deal.

Great experience overall. Courteous and professional service.
