Made appt to see car,got conformation #, got there, car was not available, very disappointed, sounded like a good, felt duped, won't try them again, will stick with CarMax...

The car was in bad shape. Which was not mentioned over the phone. Waste of a drive.

I was treated badly. I was cheated. The manager was hostile when I requested to discuss issues with him. I will never recommend passport Nissan to anybody.

Meet with this dealer they were mega busy which from the surface that looks right...at least one would think. Got there and waited at least 20mins before somebody approached me.So as I was about to leave finally a salesman approached me I told him the guy I dude I was looking for meet him. the car wasn't on the lot it was across the street on another lot they had that was fine. after looking at it went back to the dealer to ask for the key and this is when I got pissed I waited longer than I did the first time. so I just left.. he calls later on telling me that I lot of people had quit and that's why they were short of salesman. So to cut this short I just didn't follow up any longer. ..hell I actually decided to keep my car and just right it out. at least the guy was honest with me.

Hands down a great car dealership!!! Awesome customer service. When I first walked in some automatically asked did I need help, he then sat us down and brought us bottles of water. My dealer who's name was Barion hurried and finished what he had going on and came to help me. He finally brought me the car I found on the website.....FLAWLESS I fell in love. Buying the car was postponed to a week. However, Barion knew I was serious about the car and did everything in his power to make sure I got it. He went out his way and talked to his managers to find out a way I can make the car off limits. He brought me back in to sign my papers do no one Gould purchase the car...while I was doing so they told me I could drive the car home today despite me not having purchased it. Plans went south because of car insurance and I was almost brought to tears. Barion And his manager sat with me for hours even though they were closed and helped me call every insurance company and even talked to sons for me. THEY ACTUALLY CARED!! I ended coming back 3 days later and finally getting my car yay! I loved this place they felt like friends but most importantly they cared and did everything in their power to help me.....not to mention they called to wish me a happy birthday 2 weeks later! ONLY problem I purchased my car and the left window malfunctioned and would not guarantee they would fix it for free, though I brought the car like that. Didn't like that! You should never have to put work into a car you just brought from a Dealership
