Why can't I select CPO and Ultra Luxury Package?

My car is CPO and has the ULTRA LUXURY PACKAGE  which is not listed. It just
states OVERPRICED. This is deceptive!

Was certified (past tense). If the warranty is transferable, tell buyers this.
