I have a 1995 mustang and it doesn't want to turn over

If the starter is turning the motor over it may be a fuel issue possibly electrical but most likely fuel issue. If it is not turning at all the car needs a jump start from another vehicle but may have other problems

Some told me it could be a coil pack
