Are you getting any codes?

I can't find a scanner for it....it turns on fine...at 2500 n 3000rpm.it shakes or pulls like....in neutral if gas is pressed it like gives out or ???

Yeah I believe if that's a 93 that's probably an OBO1 computer I believe in 1996 they changed all the cars computers to obo2 so you would need to find yourself an OBD1 code reader. In regards to it flooding I believe you have fuel injection it's probably a fuel filter I or likely fuel delivery problem have you tested to see if you have any pressure in the fuel line? Could be a clogged fuel filter or something going on with your gas tank or fuel line not sure or the fuel rail?
