95 pontiac formula

It turns on sometimes. Like yesterday
it turned right on and today its not.
But when i do try and start it it sounds
as if it wants to turn on.

Okay your not really giving us much to go on can you elaborate more? The first thing to check is your battery to see if it is strong enough first of all, you can check with an ohmmeter by putting the negative lead on the negative terminal and the positive lead on the positive terminal and see if you have between 10 and 11 volts if you do it should be enough to start the vehicle additional you should make sure that your terminals are clean of any Gunk and corrosion if they're not clean them get back to us let us know what happened?
Need to know more to help but go back to basics - fuel, air, spark. Any of these can lead to the solution. What engine and fuel delivery system do you have? Any prior problems, error codes, or recent maintenance? Fill in some blanks and maybe we can help.
