No start

My car was vandalized somebody had
stuck a jumper wire in my diagnostic
port it started a few times after that
but now it doesn't start at all I don't
know what to do for it instrument
cluster don't work starter won't engage
and nothing else seems to be wrong
with it could you please help

Check all your fuses and relays to start with. And you say your car was vandalized what was vandalized the electrical system?
