Crank no start

I have a 1998 Pontiac Firebird 3.8 liter the car
cranks but doesnt start I replaced the fuel pump
fuel filter I've also change the relay on the fuel
system I still get no pressure at the fuel rail

Check for more than one issue, if you haven't already. Make sure battery has a full charge. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the spark plugs and fuel injector pulse. If you missing those three, check for an rpm signal. That signal comes from crank sensor, where applicable, I haven't looked at your wiring. If just a fuel pump issue, have to check voltage and ground for fuel pump motor, at the connector. Check applicable fuses. When you first turn on the key, no crank, can you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds?
