MPG is 15 city, 23 highway. Sport package included SC-style 16-inch wheels, a specially tuned suspension and P225/60 16 tires.

The 4.6 is a good engine. They are used in police cars, that run lots of hours. You should get at least 20 mpg on the highway.

From a 4.6 you should get 23 highway and 15 city as Tom said. I get about 23 now with my 302 5.0. But have an air intake in mine so I'm sure if you are willing to put a little money in to it you could be looking at about 26 miles to the gallon highway and about 17 city.
