2002 Firebird Starting Issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Starts and runs great.  Then I turn off engine and try to restart it immediately and it barely turns over-won't start.   Wait 30-seconds and it starts okay.  
Battery tests okay.

have autozone scan for codes. maybe fuel pressure regulator or fuel fikter. car may be delivering too much fuel to compensate for clog.
