Both my windows slowly died. Is it the motors and are they
hard to put new ones in

Yes, it is probably the motors and yes, they are fairly easy to replace. Good info on the web for this. Motors are about $30-$50, no other parts needed. Hardest part is stripping the interior panels off to get to the motors.
