Power window

Just replaced the driver's side window motor
but the window doesn't align right. To high in
the back not high enough in the front

You will need to remove the interior door panel (again) and use the adjustment screws to get it to align properly. Look on some websites to find out where the adjusting screws are located and go at it. Taking the door panel off is harder that doing the adjustment.
