My rear tire on driver's. Side will not roll when in drive only when. In reverse. All the other tires move fine

is it the front tire or rear tire. It sounds like you could have a collapsed brake hose at the caliper. A collapsed brake hose can cause the caliper to engage the brakes for that side and cause it to lock up.

a new brake hose would cost between 15 to 35 dollars. You would have to remove the hose from the caliper and brake line install the new one and then bleed the brakes. If this is something you have never done before I would suggest taking it to a mechanic because any air in the brake system can cause a spongy pedal or loss of brakes.
