It possibly could be a relay that is bad. If the wires are new that is great but if the relay is not working to make electricity to go to those wires.

Follow the electrical path. Start at the power lead to the radio. Is there a measurable 12+ volts? If yes, then go to radio output side and trace the output to the next component (amplifier, and speakers). When you loose the power, that is the problem part. If you did not have power to the radio on the input side, go back through the circuit and find where it has been lost. Relays, wires, GROUND connections, fuses (there typically one on the back of your new radio in addition to your car's fuse), and any fuses on an add-on amplifier you may have.

Radio turns on and can see station and volume moving but no sound from speakers at any volume. Aux Bluetooth doesn’t produce sound either. Do the speakers ya e there own fuse and if so where is it? Thank you.
