I test drove the vehicle, went to get it checked out w/no problems at the Ford Dealership...unfortunately the vehicle came back w/more issues then what I wanted to deal w/for the price they were asking. We tried negotiating w/a warranty added on (to fix some of the issues) and I conveyed to him it was still too much for the problems. At a certain point, Marvin stated in a very patronizing manner "you do know this is a used car...", and I explained to him that I know, but I don't want a vehicle coming to me new w/major issues such as the transmission. He made a statement about getting the work done (understand I'm only comfortable w/my mechanic doing any major work on my vehicle or the dealership)...Once he handed down his finally price w/the warranty, I told him it was still too high for these types of issues and he again tried to slide me a degrading comment of "so you can't afford it!" Awful person"

I got there & the gentleman I spoke with & the guy who was faking my appraisal gave me bad vibes. After explaining ti him what me & the young lady spoke about.The salesman or whoever he was told me it didnt matter what i thought & my opinion doesnt matter. He was extremely unprofessional. I was even downgrading. I could afford it 5 times more. I am considered black so I guess that is why he didnt want to help me & the car was a 2013 Mercedes-Benz so hey. This dealer is just like most of the others. Their unprofessional misleading liars rude disrespectful racist they discriminate & only want to help their kind. Stick to what you know."
