where is the fuse located for the heater or blower

my heat wont blow i can feel heat at the vent but no push

Probably it's your blower motor. Locate your blower motor. Usually under the glove box. Turn your fan controls to the ON position. If you can see the bottom of the motor, rap on it with a heavy ratchet. If it suddenly comes to life, you need a new motor. I think your fuses are located behind the glove box. Will have to remove. Check owners manual to be sure.

There should be two panels but every vehicle is different. Do you have a manual? If not, you can find one online. But on most vehicles in my fleet of various junk, there is a panel on the driver's side of the dash near where the door hinges. The other place to look is underneath the driver's side dash below the steering wheel. To be honest with you I think you are going need a new blower fan. Was it making any odd sounds before it quit? Some of those blower fans are easy to replace and some are not.
