Windshield wipers don't work.

A couple of moths ago I posted this question, no answers yet. Now I understand why there are no answers, as the problem seems to be so difficult, that even a dealer can not solve it. I Took my van to a dealer, and over 800 dollars later, the wipers work - always on intermittent - each face about 30 seconds apart - on fast or regular speed. They go on as soon as I start the engine. Just waiting for a sink hole to take care of my van.

Add a ground wire from the body of the wiper motor to the firewall. i have solved many wiper problems this way. its all about good electrical circuits.
