What color antifreeze should I be using I, my 1991 300zx

Local auto stores sell antifreeze that you dont have to mix anything and can use it with any color it even say all this on a jug

Should be green.. mixing types after a certain time is leathal to engines. The bleed and seep into gaskets. Obce changed the chemicals react and cause gaskets to FAIL. Gm law suit
