Replaced fuel filter, car won't start

Try spraying a little bit of starting fluid into the throttle body to see if it fires up. If the engine does start and die off, then it is a good indication that the fuel pump is bad.

Did that, still wouldn't start

If spraying starting fluid into the throttle bode did not start the engine, then there is a spark issue. Check for spark.

So, I did as you said, checked for spark, and there is spark.

Yes but when i tried giving it gas it died
