How do I install electronics in and on my car when my battery is in trunk and I have to use add-a-fuse?

Question type: Car Customization

body lighting strips (2 feet each) and 2
footwell lighting (1 foot each) . Also I bought
a set of LED daytime running lights. The only
real problem I'm having is that since my 12
volt battery is all the way in my trunk so I'm
going to have to draw power from my fuse
box. I have the add-a-fuse connectors but
I'm not really sure on which fuse slots to
connect the different add-a-fuse adapters to
or how/where to ground the ground wire.
Most of the wires are 22 or 24 gauge wires.

The best and most secure way would be for you to go straight from the battering your trunk. I am an automotive installer. most of the time when your trying to tie into an existing line you run the chance of over loading that circuit . run anew fused line from your battery an make all necessary connections to that new line.
