Issues with electrical operations when my car is cold.

I can't operate the passenger side window or CD player or side mirrors when
my 2017 Subaru Outback is cold and no one can diagnose the problem when
the temperatures are warmer!  Is this common?  What causes that?

Thank you. I bought the car used from CarMax so I only have 90 days of warranty. I could ask if they would agree to that. Do you think there could be a short or loose wire somewhere causing the intermittent operation?
