1994 Mitsubishi Montero won't crank won't start

Have an old 1994 Mitsubishi Montero that doesn't get driven often but I do
start and drive the vehicle at least once or twice a month. Recently tried to
start it but NOTHING. Not even a click. Battery good. Fuses good. Wiring
good. Took the starter out and checked it both at home and at auto parts
store and it wouldn't work. Starter bad. Bought a refurbished starter,
installed it. I am NOW getting nice clicking from solenoid but engine not
cranking over at all.
